Description
Previously spotted on Soul Deep’s Unsung Heroes LP last year, D&B freshman CHP presents his official debut EP for the LA label. “Never Again” is a classic example of deep bass soul where the heavy subs and delicate melodic elements balance each other perfectly in a smooth solid way. “Shadow Of The Past” sees him teaming up with jungle compadre Jay Dubz with a darker, hurricane roller with a shadowy bass and an iciness that’s not dissimilar to an old Commix cut. Never say never.
