soulTec returns to Soul Deep in a groovy way, dropping this 2 track offering for the Soul Deep massive. With previous releases on Soul Deep, Smooth N Groove, Fokuz, Liquid Drops, Think Deep, Good Looking, Soul Rebel, and his own imprint, Sheer Velocity, soulTec once again delivers another classic release. His ability to craft tight drums, with masterful samples, and effortless basslines, is on full display on the title track, “Groovy Place”, taking a classic soul sample and twisting it into a D&B dancefloor filler. “Your Own Style”, is up next and continues along a similar path, creating a solid foundation with the drums and the bassline, and then dropping a hypnotic sample into the mix.
